DESCRIPTION OF TERMS
Initial Booking Consultation (30-90 minutes)
At this visit we can complete the necessary paperwork, answer
questions, transfer keys, and tour your home while discussing
detailed instructions on how to care for your pets. This required
meeting should be scheduled at least 48 hours prior to service,
if possible.
Hourly Care
Hourly Care is used for taking pets to vet or groomer, running
errands, shopping for groceries, and miscellaneous tasks.
Extended Visit (30-45 Minutes)
Best for long walks, and pets with special diets or special needs.
Regular Visit (Up to 30 Minutes)
Our most popular choice. Good for supervised feedings, walks,
and play. Also for key pick up or drop off if not done at
consultation. Most dogs will require 2-4 regular visits per day.
Cats that do not need medication more than once a day are
usually good with just one daily visit.
Holidays - There is an extra $3.00 charge for the following
holidays:
New Year's Day, Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr.,
Washington’s Birthday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor
Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and
Christmas Day
Payment is due at the first visit. You may leave a check in full or
credit card information and the completed Service Request at
the first visit.
A separate signed and completed Service Request is also due
for each service, before each service start.
No extra charges for multiple pet home visits.
Please schedule adequate time to provide the services
requested. If your pet or home needs more time then
scheduled, it will be added as needed and billed to you. Mail
pickup, potted plant watering and other tasks are included in
base price. Tasks that take more time will cost extra.
Travel Charges: My office is located in zip code 63146,
which is in the western part of St. Louis County,
Missouri. Due to increased transportation expenses,
travel charges apply for zip codes other than 63146.

charges to your zip code. If your zip code is not listed in
