DESCRIPTION OF TERMS
Initial Booking Consultation (30-90 minutes)
At this visit I can complete the necessary paperwork, answer
questions, transfer keys, and tour your home while discussing
detailed instructions on how to care for your pets. This required
meeting should be scheduled at least 48 hours prior to service,
if possible.
Hourly Care (Minimum 60-70 minutes)
Hourly Care is used for taking pets to vet or groomer, running
errands, shopping for groceries, and miscellaneous tasks.
Extended Visit (Minimum 40-45 Minutes)
Best for long walks, multiple pet homes, and pets with special
diets or special needs.
Regular Visit (Minimum 25-30 Minutes)
Our most popular choice. Good for many multiple pet homes,
supervised feedings, walks, and play. Most dogs will require 2-
4 regular visits per day. Cats that do not need medication more
than once a day are good with just one daily visit.
Value Visit (Minimum 15-20 Minutes)
Short visit that can be used as a quick turnout or potty break,
litter box cleaning, easy keeper care, or even a 3rd feeding.
Drop In (3 Minutes or less)
Short drop in to transfer keys (pick up or drop off), check
iron/stove, close windows, etc.
Holidays - There is an extra $3.00 charge for the following
holidays:
New Year's Day, Birthday of Martin Luther King, Jr.,
Washington’s Birthday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor
Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, and
Christmas Day
Payment is due before service starts. You may leave a check in
full or credit card information and the completed Service
Request at the first visit.
A separate signed and completed Service Request is also due
for each service, before each service start.
No extra charges for multiple pets.
Please schedule adequate time to provide the services
requested. If your pet or home needs more time then
scheduled, it will be added as needed and billed to you. Yard
pickup, potted plant watering and other average tasks are
included in base price. More difficult tasks are extra.

which is in the western part of St. Louis County,
Missouri. Due to increased transportation expenses,
travel charges apply for zip codes other than 63146.
